Healing is not only for the body but the mind and spirit too.
Botany creations take time to be made and will have a set amount of time for creation.
Mixes can be visually represented as any sort of oil, salt, tea, potion or other idea. 

H E R B A L I S M

Those with Herbalism have started the study of herbal remedies and effects on the body. They are able to create a 'Herbalists Mix' after 10 mins of roleplay which has a limited effect on the person it's used on depending on what ingredients the mix is made with.

 

They also can utilise the first level of the testing skill if the player has learnt it. Please see the full testing skill section for more details on how testing works.

A P O T H E C A R Y

People who have this skill can turn their raw materials into more effective herbal mixes. The Player is able to create an 'Apothecary's Mix' after 20 mins of roleplay which has a limited effect on the person it's used on depending on what ingredients the mix is made with.

A L C H E M Y

A healthy mix of herbs and spices can be used to create the finest of herbal solutions. 

The Player is able to create an 'Alchemist's Mix' after 30 mins of roleplay which has a ranged effect on the person it's used on depending on what ingredients the mix is made with.

Alchemists can use top tier of the testing skill. Please see the full testing skill section for more details on how Testing works.

T E S T I N G

The testing skill allows the player to test either an item or ingredient for certain effects or if they're present in an item. Testing is a separate skill to Botany but once you've learnt testing, you are able to gain competence and improve the testing skill for free as you learn higher levels of the botany skill tree.

S I N G L E   I N G R E D I E N T  T E S T I N G

Testing/Herbalism - Can test an ingredient to find a general property. Ingredient sample is destroyed upon completion. Takes 30 minutes of roleplay to complete.
 

Apothecary - Can test ingredient for a single specific property. Ingredient sample is no longer destroyed upon completion. Takes 15 mins of roleplay to complete
 

Alchemy - Can find more than one property of an ingredient in a single test. Takes 10 mins of roleplay to complete.

S I N G L E   I T E M  T E S T I N G

Testing/Herbalism- Can test an item to find if it has been tampered with. Ingredient sample is destroyed. Takes 30 mins of roleplay to complete.
