By buying a ticket and attending an Erda LARP event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 

• Erda LARP's decision is final in all disputes.
   

• Erda LARP reserve the right to bar entry to any person from any of our events. Erda LARP is not obliged to give a reason.
   

• Erda LARP reserve the right to alter any event rules/games rules without prior notice. In the event of such a decision, Erda LARP will attempt to notify and instruct people as soon as possible.
   

• At any Erda LARP event any person wishing to use a bow or crossbow will have to undertake a bow competency test before being allowed to do so.
   

• Erda LARP will inform the relevant authorities if anybody is found doing anything illegal.
   

• Erda LARP reserve the right to eject anybody from the event who is deemed to be endangering people or property.
   

• We ask that those who have suffered with D&V (diarrhoea and vomiting) are clear for 48 hours before attending any of our events in order to safeguard those with compromised immune systems.
   

• For safety reasons, we only allow children the age of 10  and over at our events.
   

• All children (under 16) must be supervised at all times by their accompanying adult. Members of game team can not and will not supervise children.
   

• Children under 16 cannot participate in fighting. Please see the 'Kids at Erda' page for more information.
   

• Players aged 16 - 17 who wish to fight will require a guardian present to supervise the fight.
   

• Erda LARP cannot be held responsible for any damages or loss of property that might happen at a Erda LARP event. 
   

• Full refund requests will only be accepted a minimum of 30 days before an event. After 30 days, only half refunds can be given. Refunds will not be given from 2 days before, during or any time after the event.
   

• At some events there will be an official Erda LARP film crew filming and taking pictures for promotional purposes. By agreeing to our terms and conditions and buying a ticket, you agree to be filmed and for your images to be used in any promotional material produced from these films.
  
  If you do not wish to be directly filmed or to appear in any promotional material please inform Hollie as soon as possible.
   

• Erda LARP reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any point, at which point, people will be notified via the facebook group for people to re-read.
